Dash Cam LED Status Guide
The Gateway Hub has three LEDs — power, GNSS and cell — and the camera has two. On the connection LEDs green means that part is working, while red and blinking states show you where it stopped.
Gateway Hub — power LED
Green means the hub is connected to power and is active or in standby.
Gateway Hub — GNSS LED (GPS status)
Off means the hub is in standby, with the GNSS and Cell LEDs inactive. Red means GNSS is active but has not acquired any satellites. Blinking red means the hub is acquiring satellites but has not achieved a location fix. Green means GNSS has acquired satellites and a location fix.
Gateway Hub — Cell LED (network connectivity)
Off means the hub is in standby with no active network connection, and the GNSS LED is off as well. Red means no SIM card is detected. Blinking red means the hub is connecting to a mobile network. Blinking green means it is connected to the mobile network but not yet to the Route One GO cloud. Green means it is fully connected to both the mobile network and the Route One GO cloud.
Camera — power LED (green)
On means the camera is powered and active. Off means the camera is in standby or powered off.
Camera — event LED (red)
Blinking means a visual event alert is active — the camera has detected and recorded an event.
